- Complete Application: Fill out the online form below accurately and completely.
- Submit Form: Click the submit button at the end of the form.
- Assessment/Interaction: Attend the scheduled session (details provided after submission). Bring required documents (photo, birth certificate, report card if Grade UKG+) to this session.
- Confirm Enrollment: Complete final steps and fee payment upon acceptance.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following:
- Age: Meet the required age for the applied grade by the start of the academic year. (Contact office for specifics).
- Academics (Grade UKG+): Provide the latest report card from the previous school (to be brought during assessment/interaction) along with birth certificate .
- Assessment: Successful completion of our age-appropriate assessment or interaction.
- Documents: Be prepared to submit copies/originals of required documents (birth certificate, photos, report card, TC) upon request or during the interaction/enrollment phase.
Admission Policies
Selection
Admission is granted based on assessment results, previous academic performance (if applicable), student interaction, and seat availability. Sibling priority may be considered.
Non-Discrimination
New Star Pole School admits students without regard to race, color, religion, or national/ethnic origin, providing equal access to all school programs and activities.
Accuracy
Submission of accurate information is crucial. Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of the application or admission.

Deadlines are announced prior to each session. Please contact the office for current dates.
Assessments/interactions are held for Grade UKG+. Preschool admission involves parent/child interaction.
You will need to bring copies/originals of the student's photo, birth certificate, and latest report card (Grade UKG+) to the assessment/interaction session. A Transfer Certificate (TC) and IEMIS transfer is required upon confirmation.
Typically a day after assessment.
A nominal processing fee may apply. Please inquire at the office.
